Walter Rollins, Co-Founder / CEO

Over 25 years of experience in the Value Based/ Managed Care field. Extensive background with national insurance providers, start-ups, market expansion, growth strategy, finance and business strategy, risk arrangements, provider and facility contracting and network management. Health Plan operations expertise including CMS value-based programs, generating over $200M+ in gross savings throughout career leadership.

Over 40 years of experience in the Value Based/ Managed Care field. Most recently retired from HCSC subsidiary, Innovista Health Solutions, having held multiple positions since its inception in 2013 (Chief Market Officer, Sr. VP Operations, VP Development)

Over 17 years of experience leading business analytics, client reporting and data analytics within the Value Based/ Managed Care field. Extensive background in population health platform build to support physicians in valuebased care. Expertise in Health Plan, Population Health, Medicare Shared Savings Programs and Medicaid data aggregation and management.

Over 30 years in Cardiology practice, co-owner and board chair of Houston Regional ACO and Houston Independent ACO, previous chair of Harris County Medical Society, past president of Texas Medical Association

Over 20 in Primary Care practice, owner of Prosperity IPA, previous Medical Director for WellMed, has extensive experience in valuebased medicine in leading physician peers and creating substantial surplus opportunity

Charlonda Thrower, President, Medicare & Medicaid Programs

Charlonda brings more than 25 years of expertise in social drivers of health (SDOH) programs, business strategy, and quality management. With over 12 years of direct experience implementing Value-Based Care service delivery models, she has a proven ability to align social care strategies with payer and provider priorities to drive impact and meaningful outcomes. Her leadership has delivered measurable results, including more than $45 million in cost savings and a 40% improvement in quality scores within two years.

Over 26 years of healthcare leadership experience with expertise in provider customer service operations and value-based care. I possess 14 years of call center leadership, including directing a successful transition from Houston to Manila, and 12 years dedicated to building and supporting Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). I have experience in improving outcomes, reducing costs, physician recruitment, network expansion, and developing strong clinical partnerships to drive growth.
